5 "Lessons and teachers and senior students · Second day"
The next morning,
seina got up and got off the bed and moved around his body to see how he was feeling.

He wasn't in any pain and all his fatigue from the other day was gone.

It was Kiriko that was displayed on the monitor.

"Hey Seina, today, after school I have something I want to talk about. Please come to this place when classes are over. "
A map of the GP Academy appeared, and the place designated by Kiriko was displayed.

It had been less than ten days since he had left the earth, but if he returned now he would loose all the wonderful and irreplaceable memories of the achievements he had accomplished so far.

"... ............" Seina got up and made a decision.

Classes began in the same way as the day before. What was different from yesterday was that Seiryo, with the exception of a bandage wrapped around a crutch, was fully rejuvenated.
"We will be conducting basic training today!"
as with yesterday he shot off his pop gun. and everyone started running but unlike yesterday seina was keeping up somehow. When seiryo noticed this he stopped them. Kenneth and rajau were running next to him and were just carrying him as they ran.
They gave him the excuse that they were training to carry seina in case he was injured in a situation.
"............ Indeed, as a team mates of Seina Yamada, there is a high possibility that such a situation will happen. "!"Kiriko was a little surprised that Miki knew her name. she had only suddenly became a lecturer, and had yet to teach any classes.
"I know your name because when I looked up info about Seina from one of the secretaries of the GP Academy, his guardian was listed a teacher." Miki replied. Amane was laughing as she watched the situation .
"I do not intend to pry on what kind of interest you have in Seina .... but It's dangerous to get close to him, his bad luck is not normal." kiriko lectured Miki, effectively giving her first lesson since becoming a teacher.
"Is that so? Thank you for your advice." miki bowed and left.
"Damn I was hoping for something more interesting"
Amane sighed and stood up from the bush she was hiding behind as miki ran off.
"Amane, were you watching us !?"
"Sorry to scare you but it's a hobby of mine." Amane gazed at the face of Kiriko and remembered Miki's face.
"You know you and that girl look a lot alike"
"Huh?"
"When you confronted her it was almost like looking at someone talking to a mirror of themselves in a way, of course you both look different but ...."
"Whatever I'm done with this conversation, I'm going back to our classroom if you need me!" kiriko said and she stormed off.
Three hours later Seina had fallen on the ground again.
Seiryo rattled of a speech about the mission of every gp officer to his class as he stood over him. but he accidentally stepped into the way of the students as he rambled on and they ran over him at full speed and didn't even notice and kept running till class was over

Amane had grown bored from reading the instructors manual in her empty classroom, so she got up and began stretching to stave off her boredom.
"I cant believe the curriculum system hasn't been restored yet, I wonder if I can get them to let me teach strength training classes for the female students ... " she said. She noticed kiriko was looking out the window of her side of her part of the room and she came over to her.
she was staring at the ground where seina was taking classes.
Seina was collapsed on the ground and was trying to push himself back up but couldn't manage to do it.
"Well, how long are you going to let him do this to seina?" amane said with an annoyed tone.
"I am supposed to talk to seina about it later today."
"I wish I could join you, but ............ wait... were is that idiot?" amane said noticing that seiryo wasn't teaching the class, she looked around and found him passed out on the ground a little while away.
"What is he doing?" she muttered,
but then she saw some of the students run right over him and she just laughed.
"serves him right."

the bell marking the end of morning classes rang. Seiryo's driver came and once again threw him into his vehicle like a ragdoll before driving away.
"... .... Kiriko, how about we have lunch? Will you go out to eat with me?"
"ok ... ... How about we go to "Naashisu" or do you feel like something else?"
"Airi-san's shop? OK? That's perfect."
Amane and Kiriko walked out towards the stairs. as Kiriko turned away, a medical car drove up onto the field where seina was.

Airi 's shop "Naashisu" was on the sea neighboring the GP Academy.
There was a place where sea water entered into a huge crater of about 50 kilometers in diameter .
It was made by a runaway experiment, the blast radius formed a circle which had become a great artificial gulf. It was also a place full of many tourists who had come to see the great Washu Memorial Hall built in the center of the crater.
On the inner wall of the crater was a cliff of about several hundred meters, where many shops, rest stops, and accommodation facilities were built for holiday visitors,
In the lower levels that were built in the early years of the academy, there were many types of shops that were often crowded with the GP academies and other neighborhood facility's staff, and that's where Naashisu was.
Amane and Kiriko sat in the dining are near the entrance of the store and were waiting for the dishes they ordered.
"Hey, isn't it a little strange?"
Kiriko murmered while looking at the water drops on the glass cup.
"What?"
"Isn't it strange that computer maintenance is taking so much time?"
"Well, Seina's Bio-Enhancement can't be done because of it..."
"I'm more worried about the class schedule."
kiriko said lightly hitting the table with her fist in anger.
"Oh hello there, how do you do?"
said seiryo as he walked into the and sat himself next to amane as if it was nothing
"You're as beautiful as usual, aman ...... OWCH!"
she jammed a fork into seiryo's hands when he put his arm around her.
"... ... why are you sitting next to me?" amane said.
"Where would I sit down at if not beside you?"
"ugh, let's get out of here!" she told kiriko
"Well, ha ha ha, that's fine with me I never go into shops like this anyways, let's shift to a more suitable shop ... ... maybe a lingerie store perhaps?" said seiryo.
two forks went flying at seiryo's head this time they came from airi who was working the counter.
"She doesn't want you here either get out!" she yelled
but seiryo just sat silently, not sensing Amane's tremendous hatred of of him at all.
"If airi says so, you should probably leave." kiriko said
"You don't have to tell to not to leave, amane and I have been friends since forever It's not like I'm a stranger."
"Hey remember when you tried to look up my skirt and were chased by my pet garuga? you fell down a hill and rolled into the sea, three hours later you turned up in a fisherman's fishnet, you've smelled like fish ever since then. " amane said with a giggle.
" oh That ... ... I don't recall that I must be a bit tired." seiryo said standing up embarrassed.
"How? It's not like you work all that hard."
"Well I have One student who's really tiring me out. His name is Seina Yamada. Oh, that's right isn't he an acquaintance of your's Ms. Masaki."
"Seina seems to be wearing you out lot, Mr. Tennan."
"No, no matter how hard he is to teach, if he can come up to my standard, he will make an excellent GP crew member, ha ha ha ha."
"You know he can't keep up, Seina hasn't even received his Bio-Enhancement yet."
"I believe that he can do it! As a teacher I must believe in my students abilities and draw them out!"
" And What if they never come out?" said amane
"Well then ... it would be better for him to just quit." said kiriko
"Yes, that's right! I'm so glad you understand." said seiryo said grabbing hold of kiriko's hands.
she resisted the urge to stab him with her own fork.
Clink.
The head and hand forks embedded in Seiryo were pushed out by the repairing activities of the nanomachines inside of him and they fell on the desk with exquisite timing.
Amane and Kiriko both sprang up from their seats. However, Seiryo kept holding Kiriko's hand like it wasn't super awkward or anything.
"haha well the jokes on you if the computer systems are restored, he can receive Bio-Enhancement right away, and then he wont have any problem with your curriculum will he?" said amane.
"I am the only bioenhancement officer on staff this year, so I hope he can receive Bio-Enhancement as soon as possible .... It just seems that it will take more time to restore the system then we thought.... well Then, I just remembered something urgent that I have to do, so I will excuse myself It was great seeing you two. bye."
Seiryo hurriedly released Kiriko's hand, stood up, and left quickly.
Airi brought the girls their food and took the forks on the table that had been in seiryo and threw them in the trash before giving the girls new forks. and laying out the food on the table.
"It looks good, now that there are no disgusting guys bothering us, we can enjoy it comfortably."
but kiriko was lost deep in thought over what seiryo had said.

On the grounds of the GP Academy, while the students were watching, a silver medicinal capsule slowly appeared from the back of the medium-sized ambulance vehicle that came in. Miki pushed the switch and a capsule descended and the lid of it opened.
"alright!"
Kenneth and Rajau took Seina 's feet and hands and put them into the capsule.
"Wow! huh, what?"
Seina who was surprised by the feeling of suddenly getting wet tried to raise his body, but was too fatigued to do so.
"Don't worry about it just take a nap."
The capsule's lid was closed and seina's face could be seen out the hole.
"Kenneth, what ... ... this?"
" A coffin" kenneth said with joy that was outrageous for the words he just said.
"Wait, a coffin?!"
"It's a Medical capsule, what's inside is a solution that promotes super quick recovery"
Miki smiled while wiping the mud off of seina's dirty face with her handkerchief.
"Rejoice Seina! Miki-senpai prepared to have it come directly to us!"
"That's right!"
They stood on both sides to fawn over Miki, and Miki quickly headed towards the car to dodge them.
"You guys go back to the classroom, I'll send Seina directly to the next lesson when it's time."
"Bye!" they waved to seina as he was loaded into the rescue car, seina felt uneasy but he quickly nodded off to sleep while floating in the comfortable solution.

"Seina's biological reaction has disappeared!" hakuren confirmed to the team of gp escorts who were monitoring him from a remote location.
"His Biological reactions readings have disappeared as well" gyokuren said checking the information from the sensors
"Same here as well, maybe that capsule has some sort of shielding?"
"Or the tracer we injected into Seina might have been eliminated since it's a foreign body...?"
"There seems to be no mistaking it, that car is from our medical department, and that capsule is The latest type. We just got that kind. it seems to be quite effective." said gyokuren.
"Does anyone know what route that car is taking?"
"We've checked the autopilot data it seems to be headed to medical room 9938"
"I'll follow the medical car, Gyokuren, you should take the ship and give me support from the sky."
and they did However, as soon as five minutes passed, the car arrived at the 9938 medical room as planned.
This is a stair shaped building on a hill going down to the sea, the medical capsule that came out from the bottom of the medical car was carried to the medical room by an elevator.
"I accessed the surveillance system"
The image in the medical room was sent to Gyokuren.
The capsule came down from the elevator directly into the hospital room and the instrument lamps changed from red to blue to confirm the operation.
Hakuren, descended into the room without a sound, and looked into the bright room.
"There seems to be no abnormalities" hakuren confirmed letting out a small sigh of relief.

Amane and Kiriko went to the systems administrator to check and see what was taking so long. he told them that bioenhancement wasn't an urgent priority and that's why it was taking such a long time. He said he didn't know how much longer it would take. they begged him to focus on it and then they left. The door closed, and the engineer let out a big sigh and wiped his brow which was sweating.
He had been lying. Seiryo came from behind the back of another terminal behind him. the engineer told him that he didn't enjoy lying like that. In response seiryo rattled off a long rant about how he must protect the purity of the organization for the sake of all of the students, the technician tried to point out that mikami had come in behind him as he gave his speech but he was so engrossed in it that he didn't notice until it was too late
"That was a wonderful speech, Mr. Tennan, I never knew you thought so much about your students."
"......... Ha ... ... ha ha ......... ha ha ha. well such a thing is natural as a teacher!" seiryo said stiffly. He had been caught and knew he was in trouble.

The two who left the computer room came back to the school building.They noticed some students passing by and wondered if the curriculum had been fixed.
amane ran towards the student and asked what was going on. unfortunately it was fingu and elroy the leaders of the amane and kiriko fanclub. Both proceeded to freak out because neither had been officially announced as teachers yet due to the system being down.
They proceeded to call together a huge mob to interview amane and kiriko about seina. and seiryo stepped out with mikami and got interviewed as well mostly about seina.
seiryo told them that miki had arranged for seina to be taken away in a medical capsule. Kiriko and amane used the uproar that seiryo's statement caused to sneak away.

Kiriko called Hakuren who was supposed to be keeping an eye on seina.
"Hakuren! Karen, Gyokuren or Suiren! is anyone there?! "
"What's wrong, Kiriko? " Hakuren immediately responded.
"Is Seina there?" "
"Yes, he's in a medical capsule,"
"Please check on him right away! "
"!"
Hakuren and Gyokuren sensed something in Kiriko 's voice, and so they exited from the veranda and went into the hospital room to open the capsule But seina was not inside of it. instead there was a prosthetic body that had been put there as a dummy.
"……this is!"
"No way!
"Hakuren, Where is Seina !?"Kiriko asked.
"Sorry ...... Kiriko" they showed her the dummy. her blood began to boil.
"That's it! ... .... contact Mikami! Check Miki Steinbeck's location and the rescue car's records, check the traveling route from the ground to the hospital, and then ... ... i don't know call Amane I guess."

The Lion flower was a small spaceship used by Hakuren.
On it's bridge Kiriko, Hakuren, and Amane were checking Seina's surveilence records.
"Miki · Steinbeck is missing, there are no signs of remodeling done to the rescue car or the capsule, there is no suspicious points in the travel log record of the car or any suspicious points on the route it took. The elevator to the room shows no sign of any funny business either ...... "
they looked through the video of miki picking him up and noticed something odd. The emergency vehicle was in contact with he ground the whole time
"What's wrong with that?"
" don't you see the smoke?"
there was a fog emanating from the bottom of the aircraft that came out of the slight gap between the vehicle and the ground
"oh!"
They got on the transport pad of the lion flower

It was time for evening classes and seiryo stood on the grounds of the P.E. field and yelled at rajau and kennith for letting seina miss class.
A small rumbling sounded came from the ground. seiryo noticed and looked down. the ground underneath him exploded and he was sent flying high into the air.
his students watched Seiryo flying away with loud applause. Amane, who had just transferred nearby from the lion flower clapped as well.

About thirty minutes before the fireworks came up marking the end of the night at the academy.
"..............."
Seina regained consciousness and felt himself floating weightlessly.
all the pain he had felt earlier was gone.
"Did he wake up?"
Seina became instantly alert upon hearing this strange and unfamiliar voice and quickly examined his surroundings. only the faint lights of scientific instruments were visible in the room and he could hear their faint humming sounds. His body was illuminated by a faint light and he was restrained in a chair.
a middle - aged man wearing a white lab coat was standing in front of him. He was slim with bland looking dark brown hair and a nervous look on his face that was hidden by small round glasses. he seemed like a scientist.
"Hmm ... ... he woke up rather quickly. he seems to be aware of what's going on too... His perspiration levels and pulse are pretty normal too . that's interesting i thought he would be a bit more upset."
"Haa ... well, I had something similar to this happen a few days ago."
seina said referring to the human hunters.
"Hmm, yes I heard, you caused quite the uproar."
The man looked nervous but his tone was somewhat relaxed.
"Are you by any chance a member of Miki's fanclub?"
"Oh I'm sorry I forgot to introduce myself. I am Miki's father, Hiroshi · Manada."
"Manada? Miki-senpai's father ... ... Huh? But isn't her last name Steinbeck?"
miki also stepped out of the shadows.
"let's not talk about last names though or else things might get confusing"
Miki said shooting her father an odd glance.
"What's wrong, Miki?"
"It's nothing, I just want you to apologize to seina for this situation."
"Is that so? Well, I guess I should, I did force you to come here after all."
Hiroshi's tone didn't frighten seina even if he had just technically been abducted.
"... Are you going to use me to run experiments?"
"Yes, if I can analyze your power, I'll be the top member of the philosophy department!" he said grasping his fist.
"But anyways enough chat, We should begin immediately, after all Time is money."
Hiroshi said as he grasped a huge old fashioned lever style switch that was next to him.
"Wait, wait a moment, I'm not ready yet!" seina cried.
"Switch on!"
Ignoring the cries of Seina, He pulled down the switch. A flashy display of sparks was emitted..
"Ha ~ ~ ~ Ha ha ha! Come now, bring your mysterious power before us!"
"Mi, Miki-senpai!" seina cried for help but miki just gently touched seina's hands as if she was saying she was sorry.
"!?"Suddenly Seina felt like he had seen this sight somewhere before. Seina looked at Miki again and saw he also looking at him strangely as if she had also experienced it.

miki used her father's distraction to let seina out of his restraints and pointed him towards the exit, she grabbed her bewildered father by the lab coat and dragged him with her towards the exit.
"Nooooooo, All my research. I spent so many years on it!"
" Your Life is more important than that!" yelled miki for some reason she had a happy expression on her face.

Miki and Seina were called to the principal's office.
"Oh my... so his lab was,in a basement under PE grounds ... Well Well who knew. there were so many dubious abandoned facilities scattered throughout the academy, ho ho ho" mikami laughed.
It was a facility built without her knowing about it. She was honestly a little shocked.
"I'm sorry to inconvenience you, and I am at your disposal to do with as you please. " said miki bowing greatly to mikami.
"Well then ... I will. I will assign you a month long punishment starting today."
"I understand... but what will happen to my father?" miki said worried..
"For the time being, I am more worried about how we are going to repair the collapsed PE grounds."
Mikami decided that his kidnapping would not be made a criminal case and that Hiroshi's salary would be garnished in order to pay to repair the site.

Seina was curiously watching the two women interactions.

Kiriko refused a dinner invitation from amane and went home instead to eat leftovers for dinner.
she brewed some green tea and drank it to calm her nerves before she decided to take a nice hot bath.
she thought about seina and how since he was born the number of pirates who came to earth had increased but she wondered why there hadn't been more. when she thought about it though she realized that seina had never really gone anywhere, he lived in a small town and whenever his class had field trips they got canceled and eventually he realized he was the cause and excluded himself from them so he never really left very far from home before. in fact his trip to the city the other night was a longer distance than any trip he had ever made on earth. So she figured it must have something to do with proximity.
She suddenly got a call. it was from Tsukiko.
"Hi, Kiriko. Are you doing well? "
"What, Mom? ..." Kiriko turned on her video feed.
"What are you calling for?"
"Are things with seina going alright?"
"This is a very dangerous place for him. Today ...." she hesitated
"he was captured and abducted, wasn't he?"
"how do you know!?"

she was staring at the ground where seina was taking classes.

the bell marking the end of morning classes rang. Seiryo's driver came and once again threw him into his vehicle like a ragdoll before driving away.

He had been lying. Seiryo came from behind the back of another terminal behind him. the engineer told him that he didn't enjoy lying like that. In response seiryo rattled off a long rant about how he must protect the purity of the organization for the sake of all of the students, the technician tried to point out that mikami had come in behind him as he gave his speech but he was so engrossed in it that he didn't notice until it was too late
"That was a wonderful speech, Mr. Tennan, I never knew you thought so much about your students."
"......... Ha ... ... ha ha ......... ha ha ha. well such a thing is natural as a teacher!" seiryo said stiffly. He had been caught and knew he was in trouble.

The two who left the computer room came back to the school building.They noticed some students passing by and wondered if the curriculum had been fixed.
amane ran towards the student and asked what was going on. unfortunately it was fingu and elroy the leaders of the amane and kiriko fanclub. Both proceeded to freak out because neither had been officially announced as teachers yet due to the system being down.
They proceeded to call together a huge mob to interview amane and kiriko about seina. and seiryo stepped out with mikami and got interviewed as well mostly about seina.
seiryo told them that miki had arranged for seina to be taken away in a medical capsule. Kiriko and amane used the uproar that seiryo's statement caused to sneak away.

Seina regained consciousness and felt himself floating weightlessly.

Seina became instantly alert upon hearing this strange and unfamiliar voice and quickly examined his surroundings. only the faint lights of scientific instruments were visible in the room and he could hear their faint humming sounds. His body was illuminated by a faint light and he was restrained in a chair.
a middle - aged man wearing a white lab coat was standing in front of him. He was slim with bland looking dark brown hair and a nervous look on his face that was hidden by small round glasses. he seemed like a scientist.
