the first page is something like:

Sorry for this.
this time we had trouble putting this publication out.
We are sorry.
this won't happen again.
we hope you enjoy what we were able to get done.

the sign says SORRY
-------------

I'm sorry this time i had to publish a very limited edition of this issue because various reasons and due to my being busy with work work work. i also didn't have much of anything to publish about either. those who are reading this might have heard that i am working on a pc game again. some say that I kajishima will be an old man by the time i finish work on the masquerade game at the rate I keep procrastinating with it. but actually that game has been discontinued... by the company that agreed to produce it...( i'm summarizing here) oddly enough the animation company that animated the anime of it decided to make a sequel...  although that gives me sad and complicated feelings it also makes me happy in a way.
--------------

プーミィ puumyi
A half god half demonic woman summoned by the protagonist using the scroll he found in his grandfather's warehouse.
Since both of these powers reside in her, most of her power is unavailable and useless.

but she has a transforming ability. she can read people's genes and memoried using her hair.
the thing that looks like her hair hitting a forcefield around a person is her reading human bioenergy and recording their memories like reading a magnetic tape.) and she can reproduce their memories as well as appearance.
---
this sounds oddly like zero and kei
----

When her left eye is open, the demons personality comes out, the god side is on the right.

However it's more like her Yin and Yang sides. Even if they are called the devil and god side,
it does not mean that it is good and bad. puumyi's devil side is actually a rather firm moralist.

She goes to the same highschool as the protagonist. she is a junior ( he is her sempai)

i drew her originally to prove i could draw something so moe.

she is an upperclassman from the protagonist junior high school days. now she goes to Sugami girls' school.
For me she is the most easy-to-draw character next to Puumyi. I find her hairstyle fun to draw.. Puumyi is someone  that i can easily draw in a game and i drew her because i've always wanted to do something like her design which is something that would not translate out into animation well. I wouldn't want to even try animating her design. (lol)

when i showed this character to my game's director, it made him say to me  "Man this is awful".

It's quite shocking to hear such a thing. I sometimes get worried that my drawings are no better now than they were when i was a highschool student. it is a very primal fear.
These are just some storyboard sketches.
nothing important is said here
basicly we originally planned to draw the layouts in this huge style but changed about two months into designing it

kajishima says in google speak:

A picture story on the event screen. At the beginning, as shown in the upper and lower figures, it was a quarter size of the layout paper, and if it were to be expanded as it was, it was drawn with a thing that would be a draft. It was a thing full of thought that painting partly with colored pencils, later on as a coterie and becoming a bonus on manuals, but as long as the planning period is about two months

as a matter of fact we switched to these panels like you see in the top right and now we have been able to do our work twice as fast i still prefer doing things in big illustrations though.

----
as long as the others can understand the positioning though a rough picture works. unfrotunately fro now there is no release date on this. i expect it will be around next summer though.

speaking of the boards for masquerade game remain unpublished and i have about ten of them drawn up for the unfinished half of agga ruter in fact I have about enough to fill up two whole doujins, but I will publish them later.

well there was a sequel for masquerade that was planned but since the game was canceled i don't know if it will be possible to do.

honestly i'm just going to let the google text speak for itself.

------------
google text:
Well, it is planned for the future but it is only a sequel to  Masquerade that i wrote before. After traveling a few months, it starts from where the source came back to Heijo Gakuen again. Since game production was canceled, it is not certain whether it can be resumed, so it will be supposed to be straying with animation. In other words, I will make it to be completed perfectly. However, although the game was a lack of own power, even though it was a matter of half done halfway. If there is a strange place that "you can do it", I think that it is good to publish even things that have been reprocessed someday, and maybe I will be leaving AIC who has been indebted for many years. Since it is originally free, there is no special meaning separately. Just because I can not personally hang on to another company, I just stay in one place. The feeling that I wanted to seek the place not only for animation but also for games is the most important reason, but I put it specifically at "night before festival 1". Attention fragile "for it forever it is hard to put it as it is. There is a culmination of Kajima's work there, which is different from Tenchi Muyo. "Masquerade" dual! Parallel adventure story "is also on that extension line. If there is a breakdown of neta from more than this, it is scary that it seems that motivation for presentation is about to disappear. Although it is unknown where it will be done, even though it is unknown, since it is a thing of about five years ago, how to write a plot is also much more childish than it is now, so that it will not be a talk unless you first modify it. . . . . . . . . I am going to take a rest for half a year. . . . . . . . . . Well whatever, next summer, it is not too bad to do various things again. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Whether it is not too bad for a while, do not put in a room like a garbage disposal
