mitsuki ito. she is the character with the biggest differences from game to anime. in anime she was a freaky lesbian. but this is a common woman with common sense. personaly i liked that oddly.  in the end she will be bitten by beth and become a vampire?

google says: born in the gem version, the witches family that controled the human spirit through perfume. i dont understand this story well enough to make sense of this part... sorry

the oldest vampire over 400 years old beth is an alchemist turned into a vampire by her grandfather who was an alchemist but his spirit can not tolerate his own circumstances and after 100 years he was forced into hibernation. 300 years later he was discovered by sakura instead of having  the vampire factor suppressed she works as a maid and assistant and i think it says works on research material. the painful experiences of the past 300 years make her feel empty (i think then it says: this is why i gave her the same voice actress as D from Dual) I dont understand the rest of the text. 

No matter what you say she is the true heroine of the story.
she studied under someone who fused western alchemy with yin yang magic from ancient japan.
she made herself immortal without consulting her teacher and  tragedy struck her bloodline who was incompatible with the immortality factor

google says: even though she might overtake her what she loves disappears... that is her crime punishment. however the beloved of sakura the source was a perfect fit of factors that killed the family. in the anime one person will intervene and find a way to suppress the factor.

again here he says something along the lines of I don't think the masquerade game will ever happen

seina is a friend of kai a relative of tenchis this time we see more of the academy and jurai things which are written in the novels but hardly shown in the main series. and the ending of the show will surprise you! airi from the novels also appears as well as mihoshi's mother and seiryo tennan from ova 13.
